Leveson Apartments is a boutique development company based in North Melbourne. The company prides itself on creating homes for people that promote modern design, quality finishes, large living areas and great locations to live. My primary responsibilities included: Overseeing the development from Conception to Completion, Consultant Engagement and Management, Finance Acquisition, Financial Reviews, Invoice Controls, Contract Negotiation, Design and Construction Consultation and Management, Direct Real Estate Sales, Project Delivery, After-Sales Maintenance and Ongoing Building Management Support.

Part of the Business Development and Site Acquisition Team. Worked in a number of positions as part of this start-up company including: Site Identification and Acquisition, Charge-Network Development, Review of Leasing and Licence agreements, Writing and Reviewing Memorandums of Understanding with Key Partners to Provide Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in Queensland, NSW, ACT and Victoria, Strategic Planning and Identification of Key Partnership Opportunities.

The course enabled me to perform a variety of real estate roles under the supervision of a licensed Estate Agent acting in the capacity of an Agents Representative.
