Tasked with managing, updating and creating content for internal repair departments. This Includes internal wiki/process information as well as creating and updating guided instruction for call center repair agents. Also, challenged in working with several other organizations within the company (marketing, operations etc ) to assist in providing feedback and reviewing product information to to ensure accuracy and that all lines of business are aware of and have the most up to date information.

Responsibilities include but not limited to working with executive leadership on managing and maintaining internal processes, services levels, and standards. Updating internal documentation for multiple support channels. Providing technical and business support internally for our organization as well as providing support and guidance to other organizations as needed. Tasked with monitoring internal systems and reporting system issues to the proper group. Also, responsible with working on complex technical and non-technical issues with high level executive groups, ensuring issues are resolved and reported back to the proper leadership. Tasked with dealing in the day to day operations of the business, keeping people on task, managing schedules, and ensuring all lines of business operate at max efficiency.
