I'm a self-taught builder. I started as a CPA, taught myself to code building Sellers Suite (an Amazon seller tooling platform I founded in 2016 and sold in 2020), and have spent the last six years building infrastructure for problems that don't have clean answers yet.FormPiper — I joined FormPiper's predecessor in 2019 as a senior engineer and took over the project early. Today FormPiper is a neutral aggregator sitting between lenders and merchants in point-of-sale financing, operating across four verticals. We hold a structurally defensible "Switzerland" position — neither lender nor retailer, just the rails. As CTO I lead a team of ~10 through a full platform rewrite, an infrastructure migration to PostgreSQL, and SOC 2 readiness, in parallel.Dici — Dici is the AI governance and observability platform I've been building for the last three years. It tackles the hard problems that come after the demo works: evaluations, deterministic execution paths, audit trails, and verifiable performance for agentic systems. My thesis is straightforward — the next inflection in AI isn't capability, it's accountability. Financial systems built GAAP. Agentic systems will need an equivalent, and Dici is positioning to be part of that standard.Sellers Suite — First company, first exit.
