· Provide Technical support and data analysis on product issue for cost yield improvement · Handles NPI products to a mass volume production · Handles and prepares product engineering documentation and other engineering related changes · Perform failure and root cause analysis on customer returned units. · Recommend rework procedure to salvage or fix the defective components. · Debug and rework components for product salvaging in compliance to debug/rework guide provided.

Direct responsible for continuois improvement and maintain the highest level of performance of test equipment and analyze equipment issues

· Directly responsible for the continuous improvement of test equipment uptime and analyse equipment problems, trends and identify areas for improvement. · Performs equipment line sustaining activities such as test handler, jamming repair, contact finger alignment and replacement, and soldering of broken wires · Performs such other test engineering tasks required of the job as deemed necessary as per technical expertise.

Test functional performance of system, subassemblies and parts under specified environmental condition such as temperature change, vibration, pressure and humidity using different test devices. Analyzing and troubleshooting of product issue by analysing the test results and applying knowledge in electronic theory using different electronic test equipment

· Test functional performance of systems, subassemblies, and parts under specified environmental conditions, such as temperature change, vibration, pressure, and humidity, using testing devices, such as temperature cabinets, shake-test machines, and centrifuges. · Analyses test results on defective units to determine cause of failure, applying knowledge of electronic theory and using electronic test equipment. · Calibrates test instruments and ATE according to specifications.

Performs evaluation, qualification and data analysis of new design LSI and its application by using different test equipment

· Conducting Demonstration of PABX system to the client on how the system works and its capabilities. · Installation of PABX system including wiring, telephone units, telephone systems and programming. · Analysing and repairing of some troubles of telephone systems and telephone units.
