I started La Cote Distillery in 2016 to make great craft spirits. We create all our spirit in-house including mashing and fermentation, and spirits are always finished in our Copper Alembic still. This ownership of production makes Jersey Gin and Rock Vodka the only spirits in their classes to hold "Genuine Jersey" status

Whilst studying at Victoria College, taught evening classes of GCSE students alongside Dr. Steven Cooke.This required planning and presenting whole lessons to classes of up to 13 students, whilst engaging them in content beyond the course syllabus, such as through Night Observation sessions.
