I provide strategic oversight and governance across the end-to-end supply execution cycle, spanning raw material planning, supplier management, receiving, warehousing, and issuing to internal production and external contract packing partners. My role is to ensure that these functions operate efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with business objectives. Rather than performing transactional activities, I am accountable for process design, optimization, and performance management, ensuring that the right structures, controls, and capabilities are in place to support reliable execution. This includes setting standards, defining workflows, and continuously improving systems that govern material flow from supplier through to production and contract manufacturing. I oversee supplier and material planning frameworks, ensuring alignment between forecasts, inventory policies, and operational capacity. Within warehousing, I focus on stock integrity, space optimization, flow efficiency, and risk reduction, enabling teams to execute accurately and safely. A key aspect of my role is cross-functional leadership, working closely with Operations, Quality, Finance, and external partners to maintain compliance, manage risk, and resolve constraints. I am also responsible for building capable teams, embedding accountability, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across procurement and warehouse operations. Ultimately, my role exists to ensure that supply execution is controlled, scalable, and resilient, enabling production, contract packing, and customer fulfilment to perform without disruption.

As the Supply Chain supervisor at ALC, i am always challenged to continuously improve all aspects of Supply Chain, to be more effective and efficient. Responsibilities include: ⬧ Raw material planning and forecasting of one of the subsidiary companies. ⬧ Overseeing of all international and local purchase order, and the maintenance of these Purchase orders until delivery at the required location. ➢ Reporting on purchase order price variances (PPV’s) and standard cost variances (SCV’s). ➢ Constant upkeep of all open Purchase orders, in communication with suppliers and forwards. ⬧ Management of working capital report as well as the current and forecasted expenditure for the coming months. ⬧ Key supplier management as well as service level agreements. ⬧ Total management of month end stock take, and the variance management of the stock take. ⬧ Continues improvement and implementation on procedural and systematical aspects.

We design and mould polyurethane parts for the new generation mining industry, putting out high quality and detailed products on a timely manner. My responsibilities are those in the quality and improving section on all the moulded and casted polyurethane products. Making sure we deliver only the best service.

Maintaining quality service delivery through following Company standards, policies and procedures. Additionally, reporting / making recommendations in regards to issues and areas for improvement. Documenting transactions through completing forms and record logs, and maintaining the Company database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Upholding effective office equipment operation by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, notifying the Team Leader of needed repairs. Maintaining technical / product knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing relevant publications. Achievements: Nominated as one of four members to lead a short term goal achievement project – Successfully achieved | In charge of supervising, motivating and leading a team of six to complete every task valuably and on time.

Key Roles & Accountabilities: Oversaw the fitting / installation of rubber lining on mining equipment. Facilitated direction and co-ordination of project activities; securing compliance to all National and Legal Mine Health and Safety requirements. Provided specialist support on key project aspects, including continual updating of project plans and status reporting to Senior Level Management. Ensured delivery on time and in budget, with an additional lining request being called for - to the value of $10 Million.

Key Roles & Accountabilities: Responsible for planning and co-ordinating / running all social activities; managing Clubhouse and Fundraising events. Oversaw the design and execution of sales events, including the acquisition of consumables / required materials. Managed a social events budget of R50 000 per event [total of 10 scheduled events for the year]. Administrated Clubhouse infrastructure maintenance, raising funds to upgrade the bathroom, speaker system, bar optics and decor. Lead and co-ordinated the Social Team, overseeing quality completion of all activities and training Student Volunteers to deliver service at the highest standard. Served as Barman; maintaining service in compliance with South African Alcohol Legislation and developing / upholding supplier relationships with South African Breweries, Red bull, Zappa, Olofberg and Blue Line Bottle Stores. Raised the standard of Bar professionalism to match the level of a functional bar and entertainment business.

Key Roles & Accountabilities: Planned and lead core and non-core programs and experiences for children in a group setting of 10 - 15 | Secured the general safety and development / skill achievement of the participants in the group. Identified and responded to behaviour issues. Ensured that camp sites were kept clean, organised, and free of litter. Liaised with parents about participant experiences and reported concerns to Camp Leadership. Assisted in maintaining accurate program records including; incident reports, logbook documentation and daily attendance registers. Maintained full knowledge of all emergency procedures associated with the camp program. Upheld all safety guidelines associated with the camp and all program areas, including but not limited to being responsible for camper safety and whereabouts at all times. Assisted Junior Counsellors and Camp Volunteers in having a deeper understanding of leadership and counselling skills.
