I lead the HR strategy for Hisense Colombia, working closely with business leaders to align people initiatives with organizational goals while strengthening culture, engagement, and employee well-being. My role covers talent management, compensation & benefits, payroll, labor compliance, and employee experience, with a strong focus on building scalable HR processes that support sustainable business growth and operational efficiency. I also led the opening of the new Hisense Colombia office, managing the end-to-end process—from office setup and vendor contracting to the operational launch—ensuring an employee-centered and functional work environment. In addition, I oversee strategic corporate travel partnerships with hotels and airlines, aimed at enhancing employee comfort, safety, and overall well-being, while optimizing costs and maximizing benefits for the organization.
