• Designed and tested novel cargoes to enhance the anti-tumor capacity of iNK cells. • Constructed an expression vector, validated expression and function in iNKs, and presented the findings to the executive team for endorsement.

• Utilized the CRISPR/Cas9 system to excise/inactivate HIV-1 from infected cells • Worked closely with a bioinformatics team to evaluate novel targets within HIV-1 • Gained an in-depth understanding of lentiviral systems • Designed and constructed numerous CRISPR expression vectors • Became proficient with multiple cell-based reporter systems
