Università degli Studi di Padova 🇮🇹 Former Deeople (DeepL Japan & UK) 🇯🇵🇬🇧 I worked as DeepL’s first and solo Japan-based Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting employer branding and internal culture projects for our Tokyo office, in addition to full-scope talent acquisition for all teams (including GTM, tech and business functions). I was fortunate to also work as a Talent Acquisition Partner for the UK and Europe market in our London office.I have 4 years prior experience as an Associate Manager at a boutique recruitment agency - involving fast-paced recruitment, hitting sales targets, hands-on operational and administrative projects, and executive support. Since late 2025 I have been pursuing a passion project, as a fulltime student of Italian Medieval and Renaissance art history at the University of Padua.During my summer break (Jun-Oct 2026) I am open to fixed-term opportunities in TA / People / EA / Ops support, hoping to add value to an exciting organisation in London.
