Responsible for overseeing the preparation, implementation and maintenance of organisational wide resilience within one of the midlands leading housing providers.

Joined Thales working as part of Team Leidos as a defence and logistic specialist subcontractor on the Logistic Commodities & Services Transformation contract for the Ministry of Defence. The project covers the storage and distribution for the MOD's materiel, including a global freight service. Procurement and management of fuels, medical materiel, small arms and weapons. Project Manager ensuring delivery of annual training and exercising programme across multiple MOD sites in the UK from operational staff up to strategic incident management team. Development and implementation of bespoke emergency and business continuity plans for secure, specialist and cryptographic warehouses. Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) of threats and risks to staff, security and buildings; identifying and ensuring appropriate control measures are in place to mitigate disruptive events. Tactical advisor to key stakeholders, business stream managers and the incident management team in relation to business continuity, crisis management and incident recovery.
