▪ Legally advising companies on civil and commercial law and on governance matters (such as changes brought to their articles of incorporation and articles of association); ▪ Drafting and negotiation of client and supplier contracts: agreements for the provision of services, rental and lease agreements, exclusivity clause agreements, articles of incorporation, articles of association et al; ▪ Assisting shareholders in the company registration process; ▪ Drafting and submitting for registration the documentation necessary for the establishment of limited liability companies, public limited companies and cooperatives; ▪ Providing continuous assistance and advising to shareholders in their negotiations and development projects.

▪ Legal advising on Real Estate Law, Commercial Law and Corporate governance: drafting general contractor agreements, sub-contracting agreements, bilateral promises to sell and decisions adopted during the General Meetings of Shareholders; ▪ Assisting prospects and clients in the contracting process and helping them understand the contractual provisions; ▪ Participating in complex contracting negotiations (such as the contract of insurance for real estate development); ▪ Systemizing the archive of legal documents and building a database for the registration and storage of intra-group company documents; ▪ Drafting and submitting for registration the documentation necessary for the establishment of two new joint-stock companies and providing legal advice on the merger through absorption process.
