Providing five star service with every guest and resident interaction. Duties include assisting guests with luggage, valeting vehicles, conducting garage audits, maintaining house car, transporting guests and residents around downtown Seattle, establishing relationships with residents.

As part of the opening team, I assisted with the initial setup of the facilities, helped establish daily operations, and developed customer service standards. Daily duties involve but are not limited to: arranging guest transportation, helping guests with luggage, booking reservations, and actively participating in hotel marketing through social media channels.

While working with this premium wine brand it was my responsibility to educate the public on our process so they could fully understand and enjoy the final prod- uct. This was accomplished with a guided vineyard tour, discussing winemaking practices, and conducting tastings. Other duties included acquiring subscribers for the wine club, assisting with purchases, organizing shipments, opening, and closing procedures.

Duties include: educating guests on the history of the Ehlers Estate, increasing visitor traffic through networking, serving tastings, handling everything from shipping to coordinating special events, and managing the wine club.

As a chauffeur, it was my responsibility to carefully craft itineraries for each client to include their personal interests in local wineries, restaurants, and hotel accommodations, while assuring their satisfaction with their experience in wine country.

Duties of the night auditor include but are not limited to: front desk duties, pre- paring food orders and delivering to guest’s rooms, bookkeeping, valet, attend- ing to specific guest requests, and assembling information on incoming guests to assist staff in providing the utmost service.

Bell duties consisted of: welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, delivering amenities, valet, suggesting dining, wine tasting, activities, and sightseeing.

Interns were trained properly in the science of vine cultivation in order to develop the best possible zinfandel, syrah, petite syrah, sauvignon blanc, and sangio- vese. My interest in the wine industry emerged over the course of the internship.

Assisted in picking the grapes, working the crush, operating equipment, and aiding with the bottling process.
