Supervise the operations of the power plant which includes the steam boilers, turbines, generators, and associated equipment to ensure safe and efficient power generation. Monitor and analyze plant performance indicators, such as efficiency, availability, and reliability. Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks, such as routine inspections, repairs, and replacements. Ensuring and Verify that maintenance personnel follow established procedures and protocols. Monitoring and enforcing safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries among workers. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the workers , including operators, maintenance personnel, and other support staff. Preparing accurate and detailed records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents or issues that arise during plant operations. Provide and Submitting regular reports to management on plant performance, maintenance activities, and any issues or concerns.

Assisting technicians to diagnose and repair malfunctioning mechanical systems and equipments. Perform both preventive and routine maintenance works on assigned mechanical systems to work effectively to reduce breakdown, downtime. Conduct daily maintenance and inspections on Scheduled equipments. Clean and Lubricate machine components.
