Multiple projects in utitlities, insurance and financial domains.

•Created test data for each automation testing scenario by using pulled data from databases, Postman requests and from production operations analysis. •Installed Cypress test framework and its components including spec file, page object file, page selector and constants files. •Covered application’s UI with test cases, identified selectors, added Cypress code under Page Object methods. •Configured Playwright framework by creating config file and using Codegen, Inspector and Trace Viewer for script creation, selectors generation and screenshots analysis. •Used Selenium to build test automation framework with required libraries and dependencies. •Developed feature files, page objects and steps definitions in IntelliJ using Java. •Scripted various transactional flows using JMeter to simulate real-world user interactions with financial systems. •Used Jmeter to design and execute performance tests using parameters, timers, postproces-sors and aggregate reports. •Conducted dry runs locally to validate the accuracy and functionality of the test scripts. •Configured Load Profiles for each scenario using number of users, pacing times, TPS. •Used New Relic for performance monitoring and analysis of transactions, garbage collections, JVMs, databases. •Onboarded and maintained Jmeter scripts via PR requests in GitHub. •Onboarded and ran combined .jmx file scripts in Hercules. Executed multiple rounds of load tests from Hercules to assess system performance under varying loads and conditions •Performed test result analysis and created test closure reports. Prepared detailed performance reports and findings, including response time statistics, error rates, and resource utilization data. •Collaborated with stakeholders to share test results, discuss performance improvements, and provide recommendations for optimizing system performance. •Contributed to the enhancement of application performance and scalability by implementing performance tuning strategies based on test findings.

Performance Test Lead

Responsibilities: •Analyzed producton statistics and performance requirements and calculated workload based on statistics and business forecasts. •Developed load profiles with various composition and intensity of emulated operations and verified it with Jmeter scripts and scenarios. •Obtained response times, hits/second, throughput, error% and system resources data. •Uncovered issues with Varnish cashing and Batcache cashing, and with Apache memory •Monitored requests going to Application load balancer and Varnish caching issue showed that requests are able to reach and Application server instead of stopping at ALB. •The Batcache showed cache issues were the entire database dataset was loading instead of caching. Environment: AWS Cloud watch, Jmeter, DataDog, New Relic, Jira, Confluence, Blazemeter, Gitlab.

•Performance testing of mobile application with native API, built on J2EE platform and inte-grated with IBM Maximo business objects and rules via an integration framework. •Performance testing of IBM’s TRIRIGA with customized accounting and Peoplesoft. •Evaluated application ability to support users performing simultaneous database sync. •Captured maximum intensity of transactions at which the system meets the requirements for response times or processing times and maximum level of load during which the system’s degradation occurs. •Verified if requests/queries were executed with a frequency as per load test profile. •Identified bottlenecks in hardware and system resources, limitations of the software architec-ture and a list of critical indicators to monitor during production operation. •Uncovered an array of issues such as Weblogic's 90% CPU spikes, 5-fold increase in comple-tion times for database sync operation, Oracle DB connections not closing resulting in or-phaned sessions, JDBC errors, a number of slowest SQL queries. •Recommended replacements of calls for faulty method in IBM Business Object API which doesn’t close Oracle DB connections on time, adjustments in actions.jsp page to limit the amount of orphaned DB connections, removal of isEmpty() calls to eliminated JDBC error, clean-up of idled DB connections. •Utilized profiling with JProfiler and Jstack and JVM, garbage collection and heap and thread dump analysis.

•Used Visual Studio to design core performance and automation test case coverage for UAT and Production releases covering custom and newly added core features. •Analyzed Web and application server logs, config files, batch jobs logs, stored procedures code to identify errors, exceptions or missing logic in DEV/QA/UAT/PROD. •Evaluated performance and diagnostic tools to help identify root cause performance issues.

•Created automated scripts to validate application’s UI based on automation test cases. •Captured tests screenshots and analyzed test failures for debugging. •Performance testing of mobile application with native API •Performance testing of customized apps •Evaluated application ability to support users performing simultaneous database sync. •Captured maximum intensity of transactions at which the system meets the requirements for response times •Identified bottlenecks in hardware and system resources, limitations of the software architec-ture and a list of critical indicators to monitor during production operation.
