Alex Ninavaie

It was always real estate for me, there was never a “Plan B”. Starting out at 24, I come with years of first-hand real estate experience. For the better part of the past decade I have been committed to being a student of the “science” of real estate. I would describe my viewpoint and approach to real estate and to real estate financing as “Newtonian”. I am a graduate of Algonquin College's Marketing program, where I was also a Dean's List recipient. To me, career is a lifestyle and not just something done only 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. It helps that I highly enjoy what I do, which in part is achieving success on behalf of the clients who trust in me. Never letting personal interests get in the way, my commitment is to represent the client as if it were me that was in their position.
