Currently, we are actively involved in establishing, supporting, and offering guidance during the operational launch of an RMC plant for a prominent real estate developer in Dubai, UAE. Additionally, we have closely collaborated with automotive service centers, conducting comprehensive analyses to optimize overall operations. This effort resulted in significant improvements in business operations, including an increase in daily vehicle input and a remarkable 73% reduction in returned jobs.

As Operations Manager – Dubai & Northern Emirates, I develop strategies to improve department metrics and performance. I also assess obstruction/breakdowns areas and develop & corrective measures to improvise equipment performance using troubleshooting tools. Carrying out regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. I actively attended the meetings with DCL and Dubai Municipality to represent the company. My job duties include: Look after the production and maintenance department’s activities. Conceptualizing, and enforcing the maintenance procedure of Vehicles, Batching Plants, Ice Plants, Chillers, and other equipment in the ERP system (SAP) and overseeing the implementation. Maintain oversight on vehicles & equipment life cycle and reliability. Coordinating the replacement or asset retirement by producing and presenting the recommendation reports. Implement the proactive approach to maintenance data analysis and personnel interaction for improving & enhancing asset utilization and curtailing downtime. Oversee the uptime and target 95% constant availability of transport vehicles. Achieve maximum utilization of all available resources by establishing and managing Central Dispatch for the production department. Manage the implementation and Management of a vehicle tracking system. Additionally, I also work with recognizing system or process gaps; recommending effective solutions to rectify the same. Develop a team on an ongoing basis, including but not limited to professional development, planning, & Management, etc.

As Asset Maintenance Manager (PMV), I was held accountable for troubleshooting the processes to reduce rates of errors, breakages, and sub-standard production. Evaluated processes for operational and cost-efficiency. I also developed regular maintenance, inspection, and service protocols to optimize machinery function and avoid breakdowns. Moreover, I audited existing practices, determined the opportunity for continuous improvement, and established the standards accordingly. I Dexterously handled the company's mobile and fixed assets from a central maintenance facility and managed the core accountability of day-to-day operations of the PMV department. I also planned, implemented, and coordinated the preventive, predictive, condition-based, and reliability-based maintenance schedules for vehicles, heavy equipment, and concrete batching plants.

Group Service Manager/ Plant Manager Responsible for the Group’s mobile and fixed assets including two quarries in Oman and Fujaira. Monitoring the cost of operation per vehicle. Analyzing and making decision regarding the operational life of each vehicle or heavy equipment. Searching for spare parts from various sources locally and from abroad. Running the day -to -day operation of the service center. Member of the steering comity for the implementation of the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system. Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2000 Conducting in-house training in certain areas of certain urgencies based on the technical problems that are experienced in the workshop.

Monitored and controlled the flow of vehicles into the workshop in order to release the maximum amounts of vehicles in the same day. Attended to customers’ complaints. Monitoring the productivity and efficiency of the technicians as well as that of the service advisors. Evaluating the performance of each mechanic in order to tackle any problem if present and determine whether it is technically related, lack of special tools, and so on. Conducting in – house training for the technicians after each training mission abroad with Automobile Peugeot, and Daimler Chrysler locally. Making decision on warranty repairs, analyzing the pattern of warranty repairs, and writing field reports on subsequent repairs. Developed new procedures for the service advisers to follow .In return it improved their efficiency, enabled them to relay customers’ complaints properly to the service people. Therefore, more vehicles were delivered on the same day or within 24 hours. (Depending on the symptoms). Conducting vehicles follow up with the customers after repair in order to maintain customer satisfaction and tackle any problems that we might be faced
