The company sells through home improvement retail centers (The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menards, etc.), club stores (Costco), e-commerce (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.) and industrial distributors (Grainger, Global Equipment, Fastenal, etc.) Private equity backed by Monomoy Capital Partners. • Created a weekly sales and operating plan review with the sales team and executive leadership to analyze customers’ in-stocks and POS data to forecast demand to drive efficient purchasing decisions for supply chain and production for operations • Oversaw pricing decisions for customer line reviews and new product introductions and identified opportunities to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and favorable mix • Led backlog and SKU rationalization initiative with sales and supply chain teams by analyzing product strategy and profitability to reduce SKU count by more than 70%, while still growing EBITDA double-digit percentage YoY

• Managed ~$350M P&L and prepared the annual budget through discussions with cross-functional leaders, while incorporating business initiatives, economic trends, and operational efficiencies • Built in-depth financial models to help influence business partners using analytics to enable better business planning and decision-making • Prepared monthly financial reporting including variance and financial statement analysis and communicated business drivers behind financial impacts and potential implications on future results to the Board of Directors
