Alex Lewis

Engineering Head with 14 years experience within the Contract Electronics Manufacturing Industry (CEM). Former engineering apprentice who has developed having first hand experience with high end PCB manufacturing equipment and processes such as Surface Mount Technology, Plated Through hole, Cleaning, Conformal Coating, Depanelling and Electrical Mechanical Assembly. Six Sigma trained and experienced in deploying manufacturing practises such as Design for Manufacture (DFM), Prototyping, New Product Introduction's (NPI) and Lessons Learnt. Currently responsible for managing and coordinating a multi-disciplined engineering team that implement and verify production processes to meet product specification and compliance to industry standards.
