Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns. Identify and source potential candidates though various Channels, such us online sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook and online communities), job boards, professional networks and employee referrals. Creating and implementing HR processes (Onboarding, Offboarding and more) Supporting our managers and teammates with all of their HR and people-related policies, benefits, compensation, time off and other questions.

Responsible for Full cycle Global recruitment: focosing for R&D position in Israel and EMEA.
