Actifio is the leader in the fast growing copy data virtualization space, and has been helping organizations to achieve business agility and resiliency in the age of data explosion and application centric IT. I am responsible for the overall business in Southeast Asia, SAARC, Hong Kong and Korea.

I managed the specialist sales team and the overall security business for the Asia South Region and Korea. Symantec's security business spanned across mass market products such as endpoint and systems management; more specialized products such as DLP and encryption; and finally highly specialized offerings such as MSS and cloud solutions. My team and I looked after the go to market strategy, direct customer engagement, and Channels engagement across the region. Other than achieving business objectives, my proudest achievement during this period is having built a high performance team with a distinct and cohesive team culture. I was an APJ SVP award winner in 2012. I was also a frequent speaker and an evangelist.

I relocated to Singapore in 2008 to build the MSS business in Asia. In the span of 3 years, I achieved more than 10x bookings growth, and cemented the business with many key accounts in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and other regions in Asia, across the FSI, manufacturing, and energy sectors. I built the business from the ground up, and drove multiple facets of the business, including business operations, legal framework, Channels strategy, business planning, and sales execution. I was an APJ SVP award winner in 2009, MSS APJ top performance award winner in 2011, and an Achiever winner in 2011. I was the second highest performing rep globally in 2011 (out of a total sales force of over 4000) at 328% achievement.

I was the MSS specialist in California, and worked with many large customers in the FSI, government, and manufacturing sectors. I was a part of the winning team that secured some of the largest MSS contracts for Symantec in the territory. I was an Achiever winner in 2008.

Provided technical expertise in a consultative manner to F500 companies in the areas of telecom, managed services, and security.
