Prepare special work schedule to improve player's competence in game. * Cater to the safety of the players. Train them on right techniques to avoid the possibilities of getting injured. * Administer first aid, in case of any injury or accident * Prepare diet plans and suggest health food and supplements to improve the fitness levels of the player
