* Working exclusively for the Retail Sales team as a support technician. * Needed to perform lighting calculations, build 3D models, illustrate lighting layouts via CAD, and mark up technical drawings using my experience from my previous role at Zumtobel, among other responsibilities such as processing orders and quotes. * Created design matrix’s that we could use regularly for the large rollout jobs we had such as Sainsbury’s and LIDL. This proved very useful and sped up order processing activities surrounding these roll outs.

* Providing crucial first line support to a extremely active department by covering all incoming technical requests by both phone and e-mail. * After about 6 months I was asked to start helping out with lighting calculations and CAD work as my role took me from full-time enquiry support to a more rounded technical role. * Helped in building and testing any designs or systems we created to make sure we could roll them out to the sales force with minimal issues and/or setbacks. * Assisted in training new staff on systems that we had created exclusively for Zumtobel.
