I am an experienced project engineer with 14 years of experience in the implementation of large mining projects. I started my career as a custom’s equipment Design Engineer in the Mining Equipment Design Department. During the initial period of my career, I spent several months on business trips where I supervised in the field. Sometimes, I combined the work of a field supervision designer and a site manager. As a result, I gained tremendous experience in communicating with contractors and customer service engineers. But I would like to be more competent and develop further. My experience and ability to motivate and guide my colleagues saw the implementation of 4 major projects in the role of deputy chief project engineer. These projects gave me the opportunity to realize that I would like to further improve and develop my skills as a senior project management. I enjoy working in this industry as it has given me the opportunity to see the results of my work and participating in the execution of projects. In the future I would like to continue to work and develop internationally as a project manager.
