• Work in conjunction with various departments including: Marketing, Legal, Hardware Engineering, Sales, and Channel Marketing. • Cultivate strong relationships with licensors including Sony, Nickelodeon, Saban Brands, WWE, NBA, MGA, and Hasbro through regular communication and exceptional service. • Representation at licensing meetings and functions. 

 • Work closely with game development team to meet milestones and design / technical goals while meeting licensor’s high quality standards. • Work closely with Engineers, Marketing and Product Managers to ensure product development is timely and consistent with the line plan. • Assist Sales in retail presentations by providing brand expertise. 

 • Work closely with legal team on contracts and monitor contractual requirements to ensure compliance. 

 • Stay current on competitive market via retail visits and licensee contacts.
