I work for Redr UK, an International Humanitarian NGO that supports aid organisations and humanitarian actors across the world by developing skills and expertise. As Programme Development Coordinator, I facilitate coordination, consistency and quality across RedRs’ programmes and provide support in the management and coordination of new programmes, as well as supporting business development development and quality control. In addition, I lead on global funding proposals and support the management and devleopment of new programmes and initiatives, with a focus on the Middle East. Before joining RedR, I worked as a Consultant for Crown Agents, an International Development Consultancy in London, providing project management, business development and technical inputs globally and across their various disciplines.
