Intern with the core tech plastics supplier industrialization engineering team: Managed development of 40+ components across vehicle lineup, completing 100% PPAP and ensuring dimensional, cosmetic and functional requirements are met by set SOP dates. Collaborated with Suppliers to close 15+ SCARS by implementing robust POKE YOKES and removing human dependencies in manufacturing processes. Worked with design, GA, and quality to solve assembly, cosmetic and functionality issues at RC/Launch events. Engaged with engineering and suppliers for DFM of 100+ plastic injection molded parts advising on parting lines, gate locations/quantity, part material overall design moldability. Performed stackup, dimensional and packaging studies to reduce fall out rate by 85% saving 5 million dollars of annual spend with zero additional CAPEX.

Technical assistant at the labriola InnoHub: Established and managed a 3D print lab with 20 Bambu X1 carbons and 3 Markforged printers. Fabricated parts for student teams and projects in woodshops and metal shops. Delivered trainings and workshops on 3D printing and wood shop safety practises

LTV-GTU: crimped and assembled wire harnesses, assembled and wired avionics systems, designed camera mount and interface components, Assembled structural components of the rover. MicroChariot: Designed and assembled multiple versions and iterations of lunar wheel prototypes for moon like conditions, wired and designed electronic mounting systems, designed attachments to interact with lunar worksite environments. SEV: worked on mechanical maintenance and refurbishment of motor modules and other components.
