About

Alex has 25+ years experience in the financial industry with a particular focus on alternative investments. Prior to rejoining Prime Quadrant as Chief Investment Strategist in 2024, he held the position of Senior Vice President at PIMCO, a leading investment manager. From 2019-2022, he served as Head of Investments at Prime Quadrant. Earlier in his career, Alex held key leadership roles at Pavilion Advisory Group (which was later acquired by Mercer), and ABN AMRO Asset Management, where he specialized in hedge fund advisory and portfolio management. He also co-founded SilverStreet Capital, playing a crucial role in developing the business, including research and portfolio management. Alex holds an MSc in Finance from the ICMA Centre, University of Reading, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton.
