As a Recruiter at Seaway7, I specialise in delivering a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience, primarily within the Seaway7 Engineering function. My role encompasses: Proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging with top talent while managing the full-cycle hiring process, including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Conducting collaborative and effective interviews alongside line managers, fostering an open platform for discussions and maintaining the company's strong reputation. Partnering with Seaway7 engineering management to address current hiring needs and strategise future recruitment based on upcoming projects. Ensuring our roles are effectively promoted across all platforms, working with external partners, and exploring innovative ways to enhance our employer brand. Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively build talent pipelines and expand professional networks to support direct sourcing efforts. Representing Seaway7 at university career events across the UK, actively promoting our brand and opportunities.
