IT: Responsabile Industrializzazione e gestione produzione AM Everex s.r.l. [~120 NOE (2024); 30M€ Rev (2023)] is an italian company which designs and manufactures In Vitro Diagnostic machines (IVD) and automatic vending machines. Below, my main duties: In charge of the new Production Engineering Department (3 engineers), with a focus on: • DFM/A for new products; • Assuring a smooth transition from the first prototype to series production; • Knowledge transfer from R&D to manufacturing during the start of production; • Troubleshooting everyday manufacturing and assembly issues; • Continuos improvement of manufacturing and assembly processes

IT: progettista meccanico e gestione produzione AM (Ufficio Tecnico) • Mechanical engineering activities on in vitro diagnostic machines: mechanical, thermal, hydraulics design, hand calculations, FEA, GD&T, BOMs management; • Management of a large scale additive production, based on 2 HP MJF systems, with an average volume of ~7000 cm³/day or ~9,7k components/month (2023 production: 107k parts!). Direct resposibility of 2 engineers and 3 operators, management of everyday production issues, maintenance operations and improvement of the AM process.
