This past summer, I have interned with Haug Partners LLP, an IP law firm located in New York, NY. Throughout my time here, I have gained legal research experience, attended a deposition and worked closely with several partners, associates and members of the support staff.

On March 19th, I presented my independent research on pediatric bioethics to a general audience. I was chosen as a representative for bioethics through a select process conducted by BCTalks, a student-run organization similar to Ted Talks.

Raised awareness about the homeless, underprivileged schools, and cancer through volunteer work and charity runs.

Gained exposure to various legal departments such as real estate, liquor licensing and zoning law Attended a zone planning meeting for a subdivision at Norwalk City Hall with lawyer Elizabeth Suchy, her client and the head of Norwalk zoning and planning Constructed a zoning map for a zone B subdivision to be proposed at a committee hearing in Norwalk, CT Attended a committee hearing at Norwalk City Hall to discuss the possibility of a public hearing for said subdivision

* Negotiated with and sold merchandise to customers during the summer season. * Trained fellow coworkers sales techniques such as building an outfit with a client * Marketed and advertised merchandise resulting in increased sales. * Researched and analyzed corporate data for increased sales

* Repositioned and rebuilt our membership base through the promotion of the Italian culture * Collaborated with other BC language clubs to form large-scale cultural events * Treasurer (September 2015 to May 2016) * Formulated and submitted a budget for the upcoming school semester * Initiated programs to spread the Italian culture and language * Hosted events with foreign exchange students to promote cultural diversity

* Coordinated and attended networking events for students interested in entering the sports industry * Organized a Boston Celtic game in which members toured the arena and spoke with team counsel members and the Assistant General Manager. * Hosted a Red Sox panel for students to learn more about entering fields within the sports industry such as sports management, scouting and sports statisticians.

* Assisted in Boston College Athletic programs and game day operations * Organized and set up parade floats for children of alumni and students during tailgates. * Managed the Superfanzone of Boston College, promoting athletic events to students and alumni through the use of games, trivia and prizes. * Introduced students to sports marketing by coordinating and announcing athletic marketing events. * Awarded children and students with prizes from promoting sponsors of Boston College through trivia and games during intermission. An accelerated 6 week program designed for 25 liberal arts students to gain fundamental business knowledge Took courses in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Strategy and Operations taught by Columbia Business School Professors as well as the Assistant Dean of Teaching Excellence. Quantified the value of a firm, free cash flow valuation models, bond and stock valuation methods, the risk, return and cost of capital. Analyzed the different components of the financial statements Applied marketing strategies such as customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, branding and positioning to several business situations. Consulted on mock case scenarios to evaluate a firm through the use of business leadership and strategy techniques
