P2K In Company was founded in 2013 and is based on consulting projects and customized training in the areas of management, focusing on small and medium-sized companies in the various segments of industry, commerce and services.

Specialized in soccer jerseys and sporting goods, the virtual store was created in 2012 in the city of Presidente Prudente (SP) and brings together complete uniforms of the most varied Brazilian and international clubs and teams - from the most dedicated to the lesser known.

General operations manager responsible for the storage and national distribution of air / road urgent loads. Responsible for the cargo business unit, leading a team of 450 employees, including 15 direct reports. Direct administration of 8 cargo terminals spread in the main capitals and a further 75 operational bases (collection, delivery and air dispatch) for distribution, close to the main airports in the country. Manager also responsible for warehousing operations, in a total of 20 warehouses used in the logistics of maintenance of banking automation. Management of contracts with carriers and logistical operators, based on the company's operational policies and guidelines, pertinent to the levels of services sought, and which added value to the support work in the logistics network.

Operational management of the Distribution Center at Palhoça-SC, with 15 thousand m² of floor space, to the nationalization of clothes imported from Lojas Renner. Management and control of the pull flow of imported containers in the port of Itajaí. Restructuring of the CD (definition of layout, application of investments, hiring and training of the team) and Transportation (accreditation of new partners and control of transfer and delivery deadlines). Responsible for the implantation of the structure for storage, handling and aerial movement of the pieces of clothes in the CD and of the process of automatic distribution by "pack", with a registered productivity increase of more than 40%. Team composed of 650 employees, distributed in 3 shifts in a 24 hour operation.

Planejamento e desenvolvimento de estratégias para a gestão operacional do Centro de Distribuição em Campinas, com 22 mil m² de área útil, de modo a atender o plano de desempenho organizacional, dentro dos orçamentos e prazos acordados com os clientes e parceiros. Acompanhamento e gestão dos processos de abastecimento, movimentação interna, distribuição e manutenção de frota e equipamentos, adequados para execução das rotinas operacionais. Responsável pela implantação do sistema para controle de armazenagem (WMS), reduzindo sensivelmente as perdas de produtividade ao longo dos processos. Equipe direta composta por 250 funcionários, com reporte à diretoria executiva.

Gestor da unidade de Campinas, implementando ações operacionais de distribuição de cargas fracionadas no interior de São Paulo. Responsável pela reestruturação do layout operacional da filial, credenciamento de novos parceiros na distribuição, redefinição das modalidades de entrega e controle da performance operacional. Gestão de “Milk-Run” e “Just-in-Time” para empresas automotivas. Planejamento e desenvolvimento dos planos de ações para o atendimento do desempenho organizacional da unidade, dentro dos orçamentos e prazos acordados. Implementação e gestão de contratos de terceirização logística “in-house” (Projeto Kwika In-house). Gerenciamento e desenvolvimento de uma equipe composta por 80 funcionários diretos e 140 indiretos.
