- Overseeing and managing all construction, technical re-equipment, and production modernization projects from concept to completion - Implementing technical, administrative, and organizational oversight of construction and technical re-equipment of facilities, as well as work performed by contractors - Developing construction project management plans, construction project implementation plans, assessing project labor intensity, required timeframes, and budget estimates - Developing detailed construction project implementation schedules, as well as measures to ensure project completion on time and within budget - Overseeing the development of all necessary construction permits, pre-design and design and construction estimate documentation, assessments, and obtaining the necessary construction permits - Overseeing the development of all as-built technical documentation for construction projects, as well as documentation required for commissioning of facilities, monitoring full contract execution and compliance with design decisions during construction - Comprehensive oversight of all construction and installation work performed by construction contractors and in-house repair crews - Creation and management of material and technical resources, stockpiles of materials, and necessary equipment for construction and installation work, technical supervision of all contracts for the supply of equipment and materials - Formulation of requirements, as well as calendars for the rational use of specialized construction equipment - Development of project risk management plans and mitigation measures - Ensuring effective and reliable communication among project participants and stakeholders

Key responsibilities: - Implementation of technical and organizational control over the construction and technical re-equipment of facilities, production of works by contractors - Provision of engineering expertise and engineering and technical support throughout the entire life cycle of the project, as well as work with technical and design documentation, preparation of engineering and technical documentation and procurement documentation required for the project; - Preparation of proposals for projects to modernize and optimize natural gas production systems, participation in their implementation within the competence of the Capital Construction Department - Comprehensive planning and development of construction project implementation schedules, as well as monitoring of project progress - Organization and management of work with industry design and research institutes, equipment and service suppliers, construction contractors - Risk management - identification of potential project risks and development of strategies to reduce them - Preparation and management of construction project budgets, verification of design and estimate documentation submitted by both design organizations and construction contractors, etc. - Quality assurance - ensuring compliance of design work with the required company standards, SNiPs, VSN, KMK / SHNK, applicable in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as international standards if required.

Key responsibilities: - Comprehensive supervision of the design, construction, commissioning and start-up of production facilities of gas gathering and transportation systems from the Operator's fields - Control of the project implementation based on EPC in terms of systems for gathering, treatment and transporting well products, as well as coordinating the progress of its implementation in all key areas - engineering, equipment procurement, construction, commissioning procedures and preparation for operation, preparation of permitting documentation - Development of long-term and annual plans for the company's development, as well as strategic planning of activities and development of Deprartment, including the organization of work and management of teams of entrusted divisions - Gas Production Shop, Gas Production and Transportation Departments, Well Operations Department. - Supervision of work on review, analysis and verification of design, procurement and engineering documentation for entrusted facilities, development of a set of production and technological documentation necessary for launching the project, project change management - Comprehensive interaction with the EPC Contractor, Well Construction Contractor, industry design and research institutes and other interested parties to resolve all issues and tasks arising within the framework of the project implementation - Assessment, identification and formation of risk maps for project implementation, as well as development of measures to minimize them - Identification of needs, preparation and management of the budget of the department and all entrusted divisions - Formation of a reporting system and preparation of necessary materials for project investors, as well as for other interested parties of the project (stakegolders), etc.

Key responsibilities: - Full-fledged supervision of the implementation of the project for the construction of process facilities of the field based on EPC, in particular the areas of their construction, procurement of equipment, control of design changes during the construction process, preparation and implementation of commissioning and start-up - Monitoring the implementation of the schedule for the implementation of key areas of the project within the established timeframes, as well as monitoring the quality and completeness of the work carried out under the contract, planning the activities and organizing the work of the entrusted units (services for operating gas production facilities, linear structures of gas transportation systems, well operations) - Ensuring the development and maintenance of all technical documentation and reporting for project stakeholders, as well as the development of all local regulatory acts of the Operator (instructions, regulations, procedures, etc.) necessary for the efficient and safe implementation of production processes, etc.

Key responsibilities: - Carrying out work on review, analysis and verification of design and engineering documentation on the technological part and all related disciplines of the designed technological facilities of the gas collection system and commercial gas pipeline, development of all necessary technical documentation. - Conducting process safety and risk analysis studies - (HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/SIMOPS/Quantitative Risk Assessment, QRA/Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis, FERA/RAM), reviewing and checking reports. Ensuring that all design decisions and activities comply with industry standards and regulations. - Monitoring the progress of work on design and procurement of equipment under the EPC Contract - Interaction with all industry organizations, as well as contractors, to resolve production issues related to project implementation, as well as the completeness and quality of contract execution. - Organization of a system for monitoring the implementation of the project plan and schedule. - Maintaining reports on the progress of the project, preparing the necessary production and statistical reports
