Key responsibilities and achievements: • Designed and implemented a structured CMMS / asset hierarchy strategy to improve maintenance clarity, traceability, and reporting quality. • Standardised equipment trees, failure classification, and downtime logging to support MTBF, MTTR, and OEE analysis. • Applied Lean and TPM principles in factory environments, focusing on improved maintenance workflows. • Led initiatives to modernise CMMS systems toward Industry 4.0 readiness, including clearer data flow and foundations for predictive maintenance. • Evaluated and piloted sensor-based and AI-supported solutions (condition monitoring, vision systems) for early fault detection and quality control. • Acted as a bridge between maintenance, production, and engineering teams to translate operational problems into measurable, scalable solutions. I was training an AI chatbot using human reinforcement learning techniques. My responsibilities included: • Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the labels to enhance model performance. • Providing feedback and corrections to improve data labelling standards. • Conducting evaluations of the model's performance using predefined metrics. • Testing the model in various scenarios to ensure it meets the desired performance standards.
