Aleksandra S.

Aleksandra Srdanovic is the Senior Manager for Strategy & Innovation at the Federation of American Scientists, a nonprofit organization working to advance progress on a broad suite of contemporary issues where science, technology, and innovation policy can deliver dramatic progress, and ensure that scientific and technical expertise have a seat at the policymaking table. In her role, Aleksandra works in a variety of capacities, including but not limited to: strategic planning, nonprofit board management, special projects, and initiatives to promote government innovation and capacity. Aleksandra serves on the Young Professionals Council for Global Kids, a nonprofit that educates, activates, and inspires youth from underserved communities to take action on critical issues facing our world; is a scholarship evaluator for the American Councils for International Education, supporting youth exchange programs that empower the next generation of global citizens and establish long-lasting ties between the United States and other countries; and is a member of Foreign Policy for America's NextGen Initiative. Aleksandra graduated with a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University with concentrations in International Politics & Asian Studies, and an A.L.M. in International Relations from the Harvard University Extension School.
