As a recruiter/sourcer, my job is not limited to finding the right candidates; it also involves building long-lasting relationships with them. I prioritize regular communication and care for each candidate. My ultimate goal is to find the best match between the client's requirements and the candidate's skills and expectations. I am responsible for conducting the entire recruitment process, including analyzing CVs, conducting job interviews, and assessing candidates' skills. During interviews, I create a friendly atmosphere to make candidates feel comfortable and allow them to fully present their skills and experience. My communication skills in both Polish and foreign languages are crucial in my work. I speak in English and French. Continuous improvement of my skills is very important in my field. I participate in training on recruitment, human resources management, new recruitment tools, and effective candidate acquisition. My goal is to always be at the highest level to provide value to both clients and candidates. To sum up, as a recruiter/sourcer specializing in IT, I am always ready for challenges, innovations, and continuous improvement. My passion for talent search and language development makes me an effective and valuable member of the recruitment team.
