Organize and control of HVAC and automation installation works at the Nordic Swan Project construction site: • Management 30 workers, 3 subordinated supervisors, 1 designer, 1 engineer; • Organize HSE of the company at site; • Procurement equipment and materials; • Incoming control of materials and equipment; • Scheduling and task management; • Budgeting and calculation price offers for additional works; • Work with contracts documentation; • Organize NDT control; • Commissioning; • As-built documentation; • Handover HVAC and automation systems into operation.

Control of construction and installation works as a representative of the General Contractor at the Hanhikivi-1 NPP construction site, including: • managed 7 subcontractors with 3 subordinated supervisors of construction department; • assistance in the organization (acceptance of work, quality control and timing) and control of work carried out by subcontractors; • organization of inspections of the Construction Department; • verification of work execution plans, General Contractor representative for kick-off meetings; • reporting to the Head office of Titan-2; • organization of interaction between subcontractors and structural departments of Titan-2; • carrying out incoming control of changes in project documentation, initiation of changes in project documentation, analysis of the impact of changes in project documentation; • carrying out incoming control of materials and equipment; • work with contracts documentation, checking and confirming the contract price lists, preparing expert opinions; • implementation of plans for the financial closing of the month / year, work with acts of physical volumes; • work with non-conformity, participation in commissions on non-conformity; • handover of facilities into operation, preparation of documentation for the handover of facilities into operation.

Control of construction and installation works as a representative of the Customer at the construction site of power unit № 6 of the Leningrad NPP, including: • assistance in the organization (acceptance of work, quality control and timing) and control of work carried out by subcontractors; • organization of interaction between subcontractors and structural departments of Leningrad NPP; • organization of work on the work permit system of contractors; • organization of work of the seconded personnel of the Leningrad NPP with control over the implementation of the scope of work (2 teams, 30 people); • reporting to management of department; • support of commissions, preparation of routes for conducting internal commissions, commissions of Rostekhnadzor; Operation of reactor department equipment, participation in the repair of the reactor equipment. Organization of control over the maintenance of buildings and structures of the reactor department of the Leningrad NPP-2 at power unit №. 5 in the operational order. Organization of the fire regime in the reactor department of the Leningrad NPP-2. Administrative work with staff.

• Carrying out technical inspection, operational control of equipment; • acceptance of the reporting as-built documentation upon completion of repair, modernization and installation of pipelines and equipment; • operational control of metal of pipelines and equipment; • carrying out work on the modernization of equipment; • preparation technical solutions; • reissue, records management and development of workshop documentation.
