For nearly two decades, I’ve led Andlang IT Consulting, a company that has always pushed the edge of technology while balancing both commercial and non-profit missions. On the commercial side, Andlang has delivered projects across C#, .NET, PHP, and Python, spanning custom development, systems integration, and full-stack solutions. We have worked on everything from bespoke applications to web platforms in Laravel, WordPress, and other modern frameworks. I’ve also been a heavy contributor to open-source projects, including Home Assistant, where I focus on integrations, architecture, and automation that benefit a global community. On the non-profit side, Andlang has become a personal mission. We teach underprivileged individuals in the Philippines programming, software architecture, and modern development practices for free. This work embodies my belief that technology should empower—not exclude—and that talent exists everywhere, given the right access and mentorship. As Solution Designer at Sykehuspartner HF, I held sole responsibility for creating both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for critical IT and infrastructure solutions supporting medical technical equipment (MTU) across Norwegian hospitals. This role demanded deep architectural insight and precision, as the solutions were directly tied to healthcare delivery where reliability, compliance, and patient safety were paramount. My work included: • Translating complex requirements into structured HLD/LLD documentation. • Designing integrations between hospital IT systems and medical equipment. • Ensuring compliance with strict healthcare standards and security regulations. • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary stakeholders, from clinicians to technical staff, to validate design decisions. The position required balancing technical architecture, regulatory obligations, and clinical workflows—making it one of the most challenging and impactful roles in my career.

As a Senior IT Consultant with ITC, I specialized in enterprise infrastructure, OS integration, and systems management, working with both Windows (SCCM) and Sun Solaris environments. My consulting work involved designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale solutions for demanding clients with mission-critical requirements. Key contribution: • Delivered a mission-critical OS integration project for Kongsberg Defense (classified). I was responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions that directly supported a defense product where reliability, security, and precision were paramount. This role allowed me to combine my deep technical expertise in infrastructure with high-stakes project execution, further strengthening my ability to deliver under strict performance and security constraints.

Founded and built AutoMotor Online, an independent online newspaper dedicated to the automotive industry, road tests, and in-depth reviews. I was responsible for the entire platform—from web design and development to content production, business strategy, and establishing partnerships within the automotive sector. The site featured professional car reviews, industry news, and long-form articles, and quickly became recognized in the Norwegian car community. A highlight of this journey was being entrusted at a very young age to test and review supercars, making me one of the youngest individuals in Norway ever to be given that responsibility by leading manufacturers and importers. Key achievements: • Designed, developed, and maintained the entire publishing platform. • Authored and published road tests, reviews, and feature articles. • Built strong industry relationships with automotive brands and importers. • Grew the site into a trusted online source for car enthusiasts and professionals. This experience combined entrepreneurship, software development, media production, and business leadership, shaping many of the skills I continue to apply in my professional career today.

As an Infrastructure Engineer with Steria, I worked on large-scale infrastructure and systems projects for critical public-sector clients, including Arrive, NSB (Norwegian State Railways), Jernbaneverket (Norwegian National Rail Administration), Politiet (Norwegian Police), and the Norwegian Army. My role covered the design, deployment, and support of enterprise IT environments, with a strong focus on Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, and Sun Solaris. I contributed to modernization initiatives where virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), ITIL-based service management, and security compliance were central to delivering stable and secure operations. Key highlights: • Delivered infrastructure solutions for transportation and defense organizations with high uptime and security requirements. • Designed and implemented Active Directory and Exchange migrations in complex multi-site environments. • Built automation and deployment pipelines using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). • Contributed to secure OS and infrastructure integration for the Norwegian Army. • Applied ITIL best practices to ensure service quality and governance in mission-critical environments.
