• Led a three-engineer remote squad to launch a Layer-2 governance platform (React, Node.js, Drizzle); processed 200 000 on-chain token actions day one. • Modernised a global HR SaaS marketing site with Next.js 13 and a headless CMS, trimming largest contentful paint by more than one second. • Built high-performance React tables and charts for a blockchain explorer so users can drill into millions of transactions while 95 percent of screens load in under 120 ms.

• Rebuilt the React + Gatsby booking flow, adding availability rules, minimum-stay checks, and upsell prompts; mobile checkout conversion rose from 1.3 % to 2.8 %, lifting monthly revenue above $4 M. • Added gift-card and prepaid-package purchase paths through the existing payment gateway and internal APIs, creating a new line of business that started generating revenue in the first quarter. • Launched city-specific landing pages via Contentful’s GraphQL API and incremental builds; those pages convert 4.8 % of visitors into bookings in target markets. • Improved performance with bundle splitting, image lazy-loading, and deferred scripts, trimming average load time about 40 % while monthly sessions grew from 0.7 M to 1.38 M. • Built WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant components—most notably the booking calendar with full keyboard navigation and screen-reader labels—cutting accessibility-related support tickets by roughly 25 %.
