I graduated in International Relations from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro. With a cosmopolitan spirit, my deep passions are studying everything that is created by humanity, specially politics, history, economics and, of course, everything that has to do with languages.As a coordinator, I built a solid career in the language learning industry, culminating in my rise to general coordinator of a startup language course in just six months. My experience allowed me to develop and apply strategies that optimize processes and engage teams.At Mundus Academy, I led a significant increase in client (student) retention of over 90%. This was achieved through restructuring the course methodology, making it clearer and more practical for teachers.My approach resulted in optimizing educator training and establishing an engaging teaching method. I was promoted to coordinator in six months for standing out as a teacher, developing an innovative and dynamic teaching method that set me apart. Nowadays, however, I am not just another coordinator, but actually the "general coordinator", that is, I am above all the other coordinators. I am fluent in English and Spanish, with advanced proficiency in French and German, and hold certifications in Microsoft Office Suite and SmartCat.
