I Generated Autocad drawings of various ongoing metal projects like, fences, gates, trellises, pergolas, metal structures, canopies, structural building components, railings, hand railings, stairs, caracol stairs, etc.. for both residential and commercial spaces. Worked off a preliminary concept, a sketch or hand drafts. Created drawings to show detailed space plans, elevations, shop drawings and finish schedules. I Attended meetings with client to review plans and make corrections as was needed. Worked with domestic and international vendors to obtain product and service information, such as price, availability, specifications and delivery schedule. I Filed necessary claims with vendors for goods that arrive damage and ensured a replacement is sent immediately. I Updated vendors with specifications as required per job. Provided weekly status updates to clients. Received item inventory numbers as was provided by the receiving warehouse and assign those numbers to the correct purchase order. This task was completed daily. Identified problems and developed solutions as was needed.

Changed factory production process, with the implementation of procedure to work a CNC Router to seal edges of coolers and freezers, through used of toolings to create male and female edges to a perfect join between them. That prevent that cool comes out through to the edges, and that gets frozen edges. Also, all the insolates used to fabricate freezers and coolers, that were cutting manualy became a cut automatic process, getting to the company better income and better times response to the customers. Before this work. This company manufactured refrigerators with flat faces at the edges, and the frozen edges were common, that gets energy losses were substantial. I Designed mechanical parts with Solidworks considering bend allowance and K factor options , then I had programmed the nesting and realiced the cut with a Omax Waterjet machine and then I also had programmed and did the bends to the pieces whit a Accurpress CNC machine. Was working with various metal materials like: Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, glass, glass fiber, Titanium. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines, maintain quality and safety standards, keep records and maintain tools and supplies.Able to setup and operate various CNC lathe machines. Able to use software as GibbsCam, Solidworks and Autocad. Setup production/prototype job, edit G-code program, assist in designing fixtures. Production paperwork documents, Quality Control using SPC when needed Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors, such as speed, feed, coolant flow, depth, angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control. Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required. Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications, using precision measuring instruments. Under minimal supervision, sets-up and operates CNC machinery to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts. Able to set-up, program, operate and troubleshoot CNC lathes and mills without assistance. Must be self-sufficient. Plan machining by reading and understanding Work Orders and any associated blueprints and drawings, and produce parts maintaining all required specifications. Ability to estimate time and materials for job quoting. Ability to independently set up jobs and process them to specification Able to manufacture within tight tolerances Will be required to inspect all machined pieces 100%

Mechanical Engineer with extensive knowledge of the Oil Industry, I have developed my career of 15 years in a lot of areas of PDVSA As they are; marine floating Maintenance Units that provide services associated with production at the Maracaibo Lake (SAP PM), Bariven PDVSA Occidente (SAP MM), Service Contracting Units (SAP MM), Natural Gas Vehicle Stations Maintenance Units (SAP PM and MM). After my retirement from PDVSA I have dedicated myself as a private entrepreneur to the execution of contracts for both Maintenance and Construction Services and the dispatch of materials and equipment to the Oil Industry of my Country (PDVSA). In addition, I have carried out parallel works at the construction area, specifically houses or town houses for sale in the private real estate market. Specifically, I built two (02) housing projects of eight (08) houses each. Support Tools: SAP PM to create technical object and generate fault reports, breakdowns, maintenance orders and account associated costs, Other Maintenance Control Programs such as Ms Project and Excel, Autocad / Solidworks as an assistant to plan quantities of steel materials to be replaced in Major Maintenance Floating Units, etc. I programmed maintenance likes prepelers change, MTU, Cummins, Detroit diesel engine and steward Stevenson transmissions maintenance when that was necessary in aluminum boats. also we realized structure replacement on corroded parts and I counted costs of these jobs.
