Line management and leadership of a team of HR advisors delivering employee services including benefits and immigration activities for Shell employees in Qatar (approx. 1500 employees). Kashagan Field is an offshore oil field in Kazakhstan's zone of the Caspian Sea where Shell led a venture project with Kazakhstan national oil company Kaz Munay Gas and several other share (Shell, Total, ExxonMobil, ENI) HR lead for deployment of Success Factors as standalone HR system for the Joint Venture. Design and implemention of HR processes to support company HR policies for a complex mix of staff from several shareholder companies in the venture (direct hires, secondees, contractors) Reporting line: HR Policy & Systems Manager.

Design and execution of a mass onboarding exercise for intake of large groups of 50-100 joiners. Direct reports: 4 employees. Reporting line: HR Policy and Services Manager.
