Las responsabilidad principal de la Vicerrectoría es asesorar a la Rectoría en el análisis, implementación y gestión de nuevas políticas y proyectos. Como líder del proyecto de Transformación institucional, velé por la implementación de un Plan Estratégico compuesto por más de cuarenta iniciativas en líneas misionales, administrativas, comerciales y financieras. Durante la primera fase del proceso lideré la organización de la Oficina de Transformación, el funcionamiento general del proceso y la materialización de 29 iniciativas priorizadas. Adicional a esto, lideré el funcionamiento de las áreas de Crecimiento, Comunidad, Éxito Estudiantil e Infraestructura.

Colsubsidio is the largest family compensation fund in Colombia. It operates a comprehensive healthcare network that includes 501 pharmacies, 44 medical centers, 7 oncology clinics, and 5 dental care centers. Its tourism network features 6 hotels, 1 water park, and 1 travel agency. In education, it manages 50 early childhood centers, 6 schools, and a vocational training center. Additionally, it offers a network for entertainment and productivity with 6 local wellness centers and 4 social clubs.

UNCOLI is the Association of International Schools in Bogotá, made up of 27 high-quality private institutions. As Chair of the Board of Directors, I led the engagement of member schools with key public authorities and institutions on matters related to public policy and educational regulation. I supported the implementation of the Association’s initiatives in academic, cultural, and athletic areas; led the rollout of an academic collaboration program with the Ministry of National Education; and spearheaded the design and launch of a new strategic plan focused on generating greater impact across member institutions through enhanced inter-school collaboration.

As Head of School, I was responsible for the strategic direction of the school and the effective execution of its educational project. During my tenure, Gimnasio Campestre consolidated the implementation of a competency-based pedagogical model. We designed and launched the second phase of the model, introducing a new curriculum grounded in inter- and transdisciplinary approaches. We advanced in the implementation of the Physical Master Plan, were invited to join the international Round Square network, and achieved the highest accreditation standard granted by NEASC, among other accomplishments.

As Assistant Head, I contributed to the school’s external relations with public institutions such as the District Secretariat of Education and the Ministry of National Education, in alignment with institutional policies and guidelines. I supported internal monitoring and the coordination of the Executive Committee’s work with other relevant areas. I also met with parents to address specific academic or disciplinary matters, served as Secretary of the School Climate and Coexistence Committee, and led the coordination of accreditation processes with the two international organizations that evaluate the school’s programs.

As Accreditation Coordinator, I led the school’s initial application process before two of the most prestigious international agencies: NEASC (New England Association of Schools and Colleges) and CIS (Council of International Schools). The process concluded with Gimnasio Campestre being granted dual international accreditation, along with special recognition from the accrediting team for the self-study process led by the school’s leadership team and the broader community.
