Since 2002, I have worked for Henkel Purchasing, being a key factor to set up the regional network of Purchasing in Latin America. Currently my position is Purchasing Manager of Raw Materials in Latin America North and of Contract Manufacturing and Traded Goods in all Latin America, for the three Business Units of Henkel: Detergents, Cosmetics and Adhesives, I am in charge of a team of thirteen people, located in different countries. As per my regional role, I am member of the LATAM Purchasing Leadership Team, which focuses in people management, sourcing strategy and key operational topics From February 2010 to June 2011 I was the Purchasing Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Henkel Cosmetics Business Unit in Latin America
