Rotation 3: Prognostics and Health Management 1) Managed LEAP-1C data flow and information system to get it up to speed for Entry to Service. 2) Developed productivity tools for signal delay analysis, and updated the PHM Data Dictionary for rapid traceability of report parameters across programs. Rotation 4: Services, Modeling and Analytics 1) Developed the EGTHDM Deterioration dashboard and set up digital infrastructure to allow continuous diagnostic and monitoring of the full LEAP fleet. 2) Developed ML model for HPT S1S replacement identification for Event Classification based on performance predictors.

Research on Machine Vision Systems leading the development of an autonomous quality control inspection robot and image processing algorithms to assess delamination damage around drilled holes in aerospace material (CFRP) panels for Boeing.

Double-project internship contributing to the 1) Composite analysis through FEA (ANSYS/SolidWorks), ASTM composite testing, hand-layup, and vacuum-bagging composite manufacturing of an antenna reflector and, 2) Led the mechanical design for the rotation and elevation electromechanical systems of an aerial surveillance 3D-radar. Results: Created the first in-house procedure manual with optimized manufacturing procedures and designs for antenna construction decreasing lead time by ~45%. Effectively finalized the mechanical design for the 3rd generation TZINACAN radar under time constraints.
