Role and responsibilities: • Assist customers gathering all the required information for their quotes, clearly communicating its terms and how Projects will proceed afterward, guaranteeing that customers have an optimal experience. • Specify requirements for Quotes preparation. After they are ready, ensure the feasibility of the possible future Projects and that the Quotes adjust to the customers’ needs and satisfaction. • Kickoff new projects. Prepare technical reports and plan schedules for Management, Purchasing, Warehousing and Production, ensuring the coordination of all areas. • Keep customers updated with the status of their active Projects, allowing them to be able to be aware of their progress at all time. • Assign tasks and priorities to Manufacturing Engineers for the preparation of Quotes and Projects for Production. Provide guidance and advise to help them achieve their best performance and continues improvement. • Help Production determine Work Orders’ priorities in order for them to optimize their productivity and efficiency. • Create algorithms, macros and templates to automate tasks, workflows and information management.

Review the Quotes that are ready to ensure the feasibility of the possible future Projects. • Kickoff new projects. Prepare technical reports and plan schedules for Management, Purchasing, Warehousing and Production. • Train Junior Manufacturing Engineers, assign tasks and priorities. • Review and approve panels and stencil designs before they are ordered. Review and approve data for machines, CAD diagrams and Instructions before being released to Production. • Create algorithms, macros and templates to automate tasks, workflows and information management.

Contact with the customers and PCB suppliers regarding technical specifications. • Prepare Production instructions, CAD diagrams and data to program the stencil printer, pick and place and AOI machines. • Train Junior Manufacturing Engineers, assign tasks.

Technology internal auditor - Cybersecurity and forensic analysis. • Project: Look for vulnerabilities in the Voice Over Ip (VoIP) in-company internal infratructure. • Give support in the forensic analysis tool: Forensic Toolkit (FTK).
