With the merge of Webhelp and Concentrix, I was promoted to Senior Specialist to lead and present results and strategies related to attrition indicators, retention processes, and organizational climate. As a Human Resources representative, my goal is to be an ally to employees by addressing their needs and ensuring they feel heard through the implementation of various strategies and tools for enhancing workplace climate. My approach seeks to create an environment that benefits both employees and the organization, promoting a balance that supports mutual development.

In charge of work processes, management and motivational activities for staff: • Implementation and execution of a COVID-19 Health Plan • Planning and developing of an Annual Motivational Plan for the staff in charge • Planning and execution of Health Days based on the staff needs (including vaccination programs) • Management and control of days of leave • Internal communication with the staff such as newsletters, announcements, motivational content and more • In charge of the Disciplinary processes • Control and management of the staff’s attendance and medical suspensions • Execution of the events held for the staff • Follow up on other work processes with the staff

• Conduct recruitment interviews with candidates to assess their level of English, availability, attitudes and other skills needed for the BPO industry. • Creation and support of recruitment strategies such as radio engagement, social media ads and internal programs. • Management of corporate social networks, such as Facebook and Instagram for effective communication and recruitment of candidates. • Planning and execution of job fairs • Contributions in reporting and follow-up to candidates.

• Support in coordination during vacation programs and follow-up in administrative tasks such as planning and logistics of courses. • Head of IGA headquarters zone 15 for a temporary time. • Teach English language classes in the Free Courses department for adults and children. • Program planning over quarters.
