• Create or modify Task Plan and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules in the database. • Created a Preventive Maintenance Work Order (WO) every month from the PM Schedule that has been recorded in the CMMS INFORM EAM database • Coordinate technical steps for construction, modification and maintenance of facilities and Technical Systems.

• Lead, manage and implement successfully drive daily improvement of top losses issue that occur in the production area • Lead and implement improvement projects that prevent or reduce quality, safety, and unplanned downtime issues • Execute Six Sigma projects based on DMAIC, PDCA, FMEA and A3R approaches to increase OEE from 36% to 42% • Responsible for 3M preparation (Man, Machine and Material) in scheduling preventive maintenance

• Perform maintenance programs (Preventive Maintenance, Repair Maintenance, and Breakdown Maintenance) Technical systems in the production and packaging areas according to standard procedures related to monitoring systems and Computerized Maintenance Management System • Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to technical systems in the production and packaging area with a closing target of 95% per month • Responsible for observing, identifying and reporting abnormalities found during maintenance or repair activities • Support and assist the process if hazard identification and HSE risk assessment are related to activities in the work area

• Have knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and CPOB documents • Authorize the work carried out by operators in the work area every day • Responsible for machine productivity, production quality, and safety in the work area • Create and check control items (action logs) such as on safety aspects, quality aspects, abnormalities, and center line on machines • Create daily reports and Pareto charts for handover to the next shift • Create deviation documents, hazard reports, and non-conformity materials • Troubleshoot problems that arise in the work area as well as analyze and provide solutions with Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) • Analyze and follow up production data such as input-output, OEE, loss, etc • Leading and implementing projects that reduce planned downtime 20% in the production process using the Six Sigma method • Successfully coached operators with the Technical Academy program related to the harmonization of the skill matrix between operators
