I’m a Bioelectronic Engineer with strong experience in IT support, infrastructure, and security management. Over the past few years, I’ve helped organizations keep their systems secure and efficient through software deployment, group policy management, endpoint protection, and hands-on troubleshooting. I also manage IT asset lifecycles — including hardware purchasing, renewals, and budgeting — ensuring cost-effective operations and smooth technology transitions. I’m skilled in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, BMC, and Ivanti (formerly LANDesk). I also have knowledge in Python, C++, Power BI, Power Apps, and basic networking. I’m passionate about solving problems, improving processes, and supporting users — both onsite and remotely. I’m currently focused on growing in the areas of IT infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies.
