- Engage dormitory operators, migrant workers and employers regularly. - Inspect migrant workers' residences to understand the living conditions and concerns of the migrant workers. - Provide dormitory operators and residents a two-way communication channel to flag issues and ensure they are resolved promptly. - Diagnose management gaps and implement effective measures to elevate standards, all while staying up-to-date with safety and health regulations. - Enforce against poor living conditions to deter errant employers. - Analyse and investigate cases to identifying root causes and propose practicable preventive measures. - Assist in the implementation of strategies to prevent future outbreaks of viruses within dormitories and public spaces.

• Specialised in wide-body aircrafts such as A380, A350, B777 and B787. • Scope of work includes aircraft turbine engine change, auxiliary power unit change, servicing, lubrication, preventive and active maintenance, component change, aircraft cabin maintenance, troubleshooting, and towing of aircrafts within the airport. • Work activities involved the use of machinery, equipment, and hand tools (electrical and pneumatic powered), as well as handling hazardous and flammable substances. • Carried out high risk work activities such as working at heights, working in confined spaces, aircraft refuelling, hydraulic systems servicing, and lavatory servicing.
