Soft trim Specialist - Cargo area, working as extern for Stellantis North America team.

Responsible for the project results between Step B and Step C up to TKO, directing the Designer's activities, participating in work level meetings in North America , ensuring that projects meet all requirements, including but not limited to design practices and functional objectives.

• Perceived Quality Analyst at Renault do Brazil, Product Engineering - Renault Technology America. • Physical analysis of the vehicles from competitors requested by the project (benchmarking). • 3D mathematics analysis in Catia (Analysis of interfaces, creation of studies, sections and measurements) • Cost reduction proposals / Product improvement evaluation considering the perceived quality requests. • Evaluation / signature / determination of tolerances for the Geometry dispersions on the projects. • Conducting meetings and making synthesis reports for project milestones for South America (Brazil, Argentina and Colombia), Europe (Russia and Romania) and South Africa, ensuring the advancement of the project stages (steps) of vehicle development, coordinating the Perceived Quality team.

• Perceived Quality Analyst in Product Engineering – on the job at “Renault do Brasil”. • Conducting competitive analysis requested by the project (benchmarking). • 3D math analysis in Catia (Interface analysis, creation of studies, sections and measurements) • Analysis of physical vehicles requested by the project. • Conducting weekly meetings to animate the project's Perceived Quality ki's (interface with other areas of the company). • Survey on customer satisfaction and complaints (analysis of QAS / QFS indicators). • Evaluation of proposals for cost reduction and product improvement by Engineering from the perspective of quality on series life vehicles (already in production). • Evaluation / specification / signature in the scope of Perceived Quality for the Internal and External GAP & Flush projects requirements. • Validation of project milestones EQM with LTL / CUET. • Conducting synthesis meetings for project milestones.

• 3D modeling/ analysis in Unigraphics NX 9 for exterior hard trims (bumpers, roof bars, grids, etc.).

• Experience in driving the applied solutions in order to guarantee the performance of engineering and all other entities involved in the development of the vehicle (complexity e diversity project management experience). • Integration of Interiors components (rear parcel shelf, trunk finishing, trunk lid finishing, headliners, etc.) in line with the objectives of quality, performance, time and costs foreseen in vehicle developments. • Supplier management and open design issue resolution. • Analysis, reading and specification of drawings (2D) and technical standards. • Technical analysis and product improvements responsible on the product in serial life and development. • Monitoring of try-outs with suppliers and follow up of their schedules with presentation of samples, assembly of parts and evaluation of prototypes. • Carrying out incident diagnosis / technical reports on internal trims during theirs development, with emphasis on the projects Jeep Renegade, Fiat Toro and Fiat Mobi. • Execution and technical analysis of cost reduction proposals in plastic parts (soft and hard trims).

• Project assistance to ensure that the technical decisions of the system designed for the vehicle under development are following current national and international standards (when applied). • Execution of physical tests for project validation on the components (like rear parcel shelf, floor carpet, trunk finishing, IP and central console, A,B,C pillars, grab handles and headliner, trunk lid finishing, bumpers, roof bars, etc.), ensuring the correct execution / optimization of tests, respecting standards and execution time. • Analysis, diagnosis and creation of solutions on inconveniences raised during experimental and laboratory tests in the components under development and in production (product improvement), collaborating with the enrichment of Technical Memory through the technical reports creation. • Noise Analysis in internal trims and complete dashboard and transversal work with the NVH team, performing the diagnosis of the root cause of the recorded inconvenience and proposing solutions for its elimination. • Creation and control of virtual and physical test plans for the hard trims of the vehicle's interior and exterior, as well as those made in carpet (soft trims), defining corrective actions in the development process and establishing the availability of project documentation. • FMEA Project and interface analysis between interior components and other areas inside the vehicle (like wires, body, closures, etc.). • Coordination and training of the workshop's labor during physical tests.

• Technical analysis of innovation proposals related to new materials and technologies with suppliers, universities and research centers. • Evaluation and analysis of technical drawings. • Follow-ups of laboratory tests on polymers. • Product Ecology (compliance with the European Directive - IMDS System).
